Easy Indian typing comes with an easy-to-use interface to translate/transliterate English into any of the chosen languages. The editor works on Desktop and Mobile or IPad. Here is how to use the text editor for each of the platforms.

Easy Indian Typing does word to word transliteration of English to the chosen language. The text that you type in English should phonetically sound similar to the language you want to translate to. To transliterate, type the word that you want in English and type Space. As soon as you hit Space you would observe the text in English change to the language you chose to translate/transliterate.

Sometimes the translation might not give you the result you might want, due to the limited alphabets in English and how the language you chose might sound based on the phonetic range. To get other suggestions of translations simply hit Backspace you would see a list of recommended translations as a dropdown if you are on Desktop and as suggestion buttons if you are on Mobile or IPad. To choose a suggestion from the dropdown menu simply use your keyboard arrow keys to highlight the right suggestion and then hit Enter. If you want to choose something from the suggestions at the top click on the button with the translation that best suits you.
